Job summary

eNL is seeking a Commercial Regulatory Solicitor in Oxfordshire with 4+ PQE to join a leading national Commercial team. The role covers regulatory, consumer and commercial matters, including food, labelling, advertising and e-commerce, with a hybrid working pattern and a salary of £75,000 to £95,000 DOE.

You will advise household-name clients, provide pragmatic, risk-based guidance on compliance, help grow the regulatory practice, and build strong client relationships while developing expertise

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in regulatory, consumer and commercial matters.
• Experience in a large regional, national, or international firm preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on broad regulatory, consumer and commercial matters (food, advertising, e-commerce, discrimination).
• Provide pragmatic, risk-based compliance guidance and support product regulation initiatives.
• Assist with regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and ASA complaints; support market entry and product launches.
• Develop business, build client relationships, and contribute to growth of the regulatory practice; potential supervision responsibilities.
