Job summary

White Recruitment Construction seeks a Refrigeration Engineer in Eastbourne to diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems on-site. You will be part of a regional service team and will communicate directly with customers while on site. Standby duties on a rota are included.

The role requires strong understanding of commercial refrigeration, F-Gas certification (C&G 2079), and a solid health & safety mindset.

Qualifications

• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079) is required.
• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• A strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness.

£55,000 per annum

A refrigeration and climate control specialist, this company has built a strong regional reputation for delivering tailored commercial refrigeration solutions including design, installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance for cold rooms, display cabinets, blast freezers, cellar cooling and other temperature‑critical systems. In addition to its cooling expertise, the business installs and maintains air conditioning systems for both commercial and domestic properties, emphasising reliable performance, compliance and customer‑focused service across all its offerings

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as an individual, diagnosing and repairing a range of commercial refrigeration systems.
• Be part of a regional service team.
• Communicate directly with our customers whilst on site.
• Cover standby duties on a rota.

• Basic – £38k – £46k (dependant on experience)
