Pertemps Bond in Birmingham is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join the Temporary Division. You will build strong client relationships, oversee the full 360 recruitment cycle, and drive new business in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes managing temporary workers, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience for candidates and clients. The position offers a competitive salary DOE plus uncapped commission, with excellent career progression opportunities,

• Minimum 1 years' 360 recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or business office support.
• Proven track record of onboarding new clients and growing revenue.
• A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
