Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: 100% office based, (5 days in)

Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Legal research and drafting
• Negotiating and competing commercial leases
• Completing lease reviews, verifying tenancy schedules, and answering raised queries.
  
  

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Commercial Real Estate experience within a City law firm and will have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
