Job summary

Service Care Legal, in partnership with a leading Central London law firm, seeks a Commercial Real Estate Associate (4–6 years’ PQE) to join its established property team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion and take ownership of transactions.

You will work closely with partners, clients and junior team members on complex matters, gaining excellent client exposure in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to support and supervise junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial real estate caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, estate management, and property finance matters.
• Work closely with partners, clients, and junior team members on transactional matters
