Job summary

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Property Associate with 4+ PQE to join a growing, Legal 500-recognised London law firm on a hybrid basis.

You will advise a varied client base on high-value and complex commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, property finance and corporate transactions. You will manage your own caseload with Partner support and develop long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• A solicitor with at least four years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with strong technical skills.
• Experience at a City, West End or leading regional firm is desirable.
• Ambition to develop practice in a collaborative entrepreneurial environment.

You will advise a varied client base, including property investors, developers, high-net-worth individuals, luxury retail brands and corporate clients, on high-value and complex commercial property matters.

The role includes:

• Asset management

You will manage your own caseload with Partner support, develop long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

What we’re looking for:

A solicitor with at least four years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with strong technical skills and experience gained at a respected City, West End or leading regional firm. You will be confident managing transactions, commercially minded and keen to develop your practice within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
