Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activities across an alliance programme in a busy water sector environment. You will work under the Commercial Lead to maintain robust reporting, governance and contractual compliance.

The role requires NEC3 contract knowledge, strong communication with stakeholders, and willingness to travel for meetings across the AW Region. A professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB or ICE is preferred, with a relevant

Qualifications

Good understanding of NEC3 forms of contract.
Thorough understanding of construction and contract law.
Strong commercial acumen and governance awareness.
Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Willingness to travel across the AW Region for meetings.

Responsibilities

Provide commercial management for an allocated programme area.
Be accountable to the Commercial Lead and deliver accurate commercial reporting.
Ensure governance and contractual compliance across alliance projects.
Identify and deliver commercial process efficiencies.
Identify, report and manage financial and commercial risk.
Foster close working relationships with alliance partners and stakeholders.
Demonstrate proactive commercial challenge and cost control.
