Job summary

Taylor Wimpey plc is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to support procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery. You will interface with site teams, subcontractors and JV partners to maintain budgets and cost controls.

Responsibilities include cost forecasting, budget maintenance, and efficient payment processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures. The role requires strong governance and on‑site presence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC, and Health and Safety requirements.
• Industry-related business qualification.
• IT literate, COINS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and quantify materials and labour per procedures and programmes.
• Assist in WIP and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare project budgets for BU approval and maintain Coins/BoQ budgets.
• Process contractor, subcontractor and consultant payments, variations and day works.
• Attend site and liaise with project teams to ensure cost reporting and compliance.
