Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a project-focused professional to manage and co-ordinate the external consultant team through all stages of project procurement, covering Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoptions.

You will ensure alignment across disciplines, check drawings and suppliers, and assist in obtaining Building Regulation approvals while updating internal teams on progress.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the full development/technical process.
• Experience as Assistant or Technical Coordinator in a development organisation preferred.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external consultant teams across land, planning, and production.
• Ensure design packages are comprehensive and aligned with Group standards.
• Lead design team meetings and secure Building Regulations approvals.
• Maintain fee trackers and cost movement reports monthly.
• Support site teams to ensure accurate information for sales.
