Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ – 2 PQE, Legal 500 firm, Birmingham Hybrid & Flexible working

We are recruiting for an excellent Legal 500 law firm with offices in Birmingham and the regions. The firm has a new role for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) available due to strong performance and growth over the last year.

What is the role?

They are seeking a Commercial Property solicitor, with relevant qualified experience, to join their exciting Commercial Property team, based in Birmingham. The position is suitable for newly qualified (NQ) solicitors and above who have completed at least a 6-month training seat in commercial property.

As a member of the team, you will have excellent development prospects. You will enjoy plenty of responsibility and will be joining a friendly and proactive team, dealing with high-quality work alongside experienced solicitors. Cases may include:

• Advising on a multitude of commercial issues
• Acting for a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and funders
• Delivering portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• Dealing with freehold purchases and sales of commercial and business premises
• Development, Retail, Leisure, factory, office, and residential including overage agreements
• Leases and renewals for landlords and tenants
• Rent reviews
• Landlord and Tenant Law
