Job summary

Chadwick Nott - East and West Midlands, NHC & East Anglia is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Northampton office. Based in Northampton, you will manage a busy real estate caseload and help grow the firm’s local client base through networking and business development.

You will handle landlord and tenant work, commercial acquisitions and disposals, leases, mortgages and related property matters. The environment is friendly, supportive and focused on development and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in landlord and tenant matters and property acquisitions/disposals.
• Proven ability to negotiate and draft commercial leases and handle mortgages.
• Knowledge of agricultural/rural property, guarantees, LA agreements, licenses/easements and TCPA/environmental issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy Northampton real estate caseload and client base.
• Develop new clients and opportunities through networking and BD.
• Provide high-quality advice on landlord/tenant, acquisitions, disposals and leases.

Leading regional law firm has a vacancy for a real estate solicitor to join their busy team.

Based in Northampton, you will manage existing clients and build on the client base already established in the area, via networking and business development.

Ideally you will have experience of dealing with the following:

• Landlord and tenant
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Negotiating and drafting commercial leases
• Commercial mortgages
• Agricultural and rural property
• Guarantees
• LA Agreements
• Licenses and Easements and TCPA and environmental issues.
