The position suits a newly qualified lawyer through to 4 years’ PQE, seeking hybrid working and a competitive salary. You will handle diverse matters and grow your expertise within an established Property team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with NQ–4 years PQE.
• Commercial property experience gained during training and/or post-qualification.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent client care, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions, disposals, sales and purchases.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments.
• Assist with refinancing and secured lending matters.
• Provide general commercial property advice and support senior colleagues on larger transactions.
• Build strong client and professional relationships and identify cross-referral opportunities.
