Job summary

Clayton Legal in Weybridge, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join its expanding residential and commercial property team on a hybrid basis.

You will manage a mixed caseload including residential sales and purchases, remortgages, commercial transactions, leases, licences, and property portfolio management, with clear, commercially driven client advice and strong AML compliance.

Qualifications

• Solicitor admitted to the SRA in England & Wales.
• Ideally 3–5 years' PQE with property experience.
• Residential conveyancing background with commercial exposure.
