QED Legal Recruitment Limited is partnering with a growing regional Firm in Grimsby to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ–4 PQE. You will join a supportive team handling a broad spectrum of property transactions—from acquisitions to development—while working closely with senior lawyers.

You will develop client relationships, manage own matters with supervision, and benefit from structured training and clear progression in a well-regarded environment offering hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor from NQ through to approximately 4 years PQE.
• Have Commercial Property experience from your training contract and/or post-qualification career.
• Have a good grounding in commercial property transactions.
• Be comfortable dealing directly with clients.
• Have strong drafting and organisational skills.
• Want to broaden your technical Commercial Property experience.
• Be looking for genuine progression and increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of transactional property work including acquisitions and disposals.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters and commercial leases.
• Oversee property development, secured lending and refinancing.
• Take part in option and promotion agreements, overage arrangements and contracts.
• Develop client relationships and liaise with agents, lenders and other parties.
• Collaborate with senior team members on larger, complex transactions.
