QED Legal is representing a large regional law firm in Grimsby seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ–4 PQE. You will handle a broad range of property transactions and work with experienced colleagues to develop your expertise.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to landlord/tenant, development, and financing matters, and clear progression within a supportive firm that values staff welfare, progression and client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor from NQ to ~4 years PQE
• Commercial property experience from training or post-qualification
• Strong grounding in commercial property transactions
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients
• Strong drafting and organisational skills
