Job summary

TSR Legal is collaborating with a well‑established South Wales firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ+ level for its Merthyr Tydfil team. You will manage a varied caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects, while developing commercial expertise.

You will work closely with partners and clients in a supportive local firm with strong community ties, benefiting from hybrid working and clear progression.

Qualifications

• NQ+ Commercial Property Solicitors with relevant experience and a strong commercial approach to their work.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with clients across South Wales.
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities for real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
• Advise on property development and investment matters.
• Manage land and site acquisitions.
• Oversee property portfolio work and related agreements.
• Advise local businesses, developers, investors and organisations.
• Work closely with partners and contribute to client relationships.
