Qualifications

• NQ+ Commercial Property Solicitors with relevant experience and a strong commercial approach.
• Willingness to build client relationships and network in South Wales.

• Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
• Support property development and investment matters.
• Advise local businesses, developers and organisations.
