Job summary

HCB Solicitors Limited is seeking an experienced solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in commercial property to undertake a mix of high‑quality work. You will handle sales and purchases of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, and related registrations.

The role includes exposure to pensions, land registry, and company management matters, with a view to operating across a range of property assets. Hybrid working is available after a 3‑month probation period.

Qualifications

• 2 years PQE in commercial property
• Experience handling sale/purchase of commercial property and related assets
• Experience with landlord and tenant transactions and property lending

Responsibilities

• Handle sale and purchase of commercial property
• Assist with sale of business assets and property at auction
• Manage secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages
• Handle landlord and tenant transactions including leases, renewals, licences to permit assignments/sublets, and licences to alter applications
• Assist with pension scheme transactions and in specie transactions
• Process land registry applications including first registrations and adverse possession
• Manage Section 25 notice dealings
• Act for management companies as needed
