Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property required.
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters.
• Experience in sale/purchase of commercial property, sale of business assets, and related property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle sale and purchase of commercial property and assets, and sales at auction.
• Manage secured lending, mortgages and remortgages.
• Deal with landlord and tenant transactions including leases, renewals, licences and surrenders.
• Assist with land registry applications and first registrations, including adverse possession matters.
