HCB, a national law firm, is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE for its Northampton office. You will manage your own varied caseload and work directly with clients across acquisitions, disposals, leases, secured lending and more.

You will join a firm that combines regional presence with the backing and resources of a national operation, offering hybrid working and clear opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in commercial property.
• Broad grounding across commercial property transactions.
• Experience handling your own matters and managing clients.
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals, leases and secured lending.

Responsabilités

• Manage own Commercial Property caseload across a wide range of transactions.
• Handle sales/purchases of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, leases, and refinancing.
• Advise clients directly and provide commercial property expertise.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers as required.
• Support pension property transactions and Land Registry matters.
