Commercial Property Solicitor – Exeter

Our client is a well-established local practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Exeter market.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their highly regarded and successful property team in their Exeter office to work with a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions.

You can expect to advise clients on:

• Leases, secured lending, and land acquisition
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Buying and selling freehold commercial properties and businesses
