THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and driven Solicitor to join the growing team in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Lawyer looking to build a meaningful career by supporting charitable organisations and not-for-profit organisations in their dealings with their property needs. Whether you already have experience working with charity clients or are keen to transition your strong real estate expertise into this rewarding sector, we’d love to hear from you. Superb opportunity to work closely with Senior Lawyers within the team along with the wider network.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideally you will have a 1 years’ experience in real estate and experience or a genuine interest in advising clients in the charity sector and a desire to work with values-led clients. A commercial mindset and excellent client care skills along with strong technical skills, along with the ability to take ownership of files and project.
