Job summary

G2Legal in Oxford is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing, modern law firm offering flexibility, autonomy and quality client service. You will manage your own caseload with minimal supervision in a role that supports hybrid/remote working and flexible patterns.

You should have 2–3+ years' commercial property experience, handling leases and landlord/tenant matters, with a strong client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' commercial property experience
• Experience across leases—landlord & tenant and freehold/leasehold transactions
• Residential property experience is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied non-contentious commercial property caseload
• Commercial freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Lease assignments, transfers and related property matters
• Property work arising from corporate transactions
• Work closely with corporate and residential property colleagues
• Manage matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
