Job summary

SaccoMann in North Wales is expanding its busy Commercial Property team in Wrexham, with opportunities from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to 5 years' PQE and a senior role to establish the new office opening in September.

You will handle a broad range of property matters for a varied client base, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects, with hybrid working 1–2 days per week and a strong work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property matters across acquisitions and disposals.
• Advising a varied client base with commercial awareness.
• Ability to develop new client relationships and grow regional practice.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle landlord and tenant work and development matters.
• Advise clients and contribute to launch of Wrexham office.
