Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Commercial seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX with 3+ years PQE to join its Bristol team. You will manage a varied caseload and advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals, and development projects.

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions independently.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied commercial property caseload and advise a diverse client base on property matters.
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, agreements for lease, licences, renewals, and rent reviews.
• Contribute to development and regeneration projects and property finance transactions.
• Carry out title investigations and reporting; support business asset sales and purchases.

An established and highly respected legal practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with 3+ years' PQE to join its successful Commercial Property team in Bristol. To be Successful, you will have:

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions independently
• Strong technical knowledge of acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
