• Qualified as a solicitor or FCILEx with extensive experience in commercial property.
• Proven ability to handle complex freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proactive in business development and networking, with local contacts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and purchases of commercial properties and businesses, including mortgage and refinancing transactions.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, such as lease grants and renewals.
• Handle development acquisitions, pension property transactions, and joint venture agreements.
• Oversee departmental support services and ensure effective financial management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and advise on commercial banking documentation.
• Support the Corporate and Commercial team with property-related corporate transactions.

• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, such as lease grants and renewals.
• Handle development acquisitions, pension property transactions, and joint venture agreements.
• Oversee departmental support services and ensure effective financial management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and advise on commercial banking documentation.
• Support the Corporate and Commercial team with property-related corporate transactions.
