Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in the Reading area is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy Property team. The role covers a varied caseload from instruction to completion, including leases, acquisitions, development, asset management, property finance and general property transactions.

You'll be a qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE in commercial property, able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and provide excellent client care.

• Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Due to continued growth and a strong flow of new instructions, the firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Property team. About the Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development and investment transactions
• Asset management work
• Property finance matters
• General commercial property transactions
• Client relationship management and business development activities

The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing team
