Job summary

Austen Lloyd Limited seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor (2 PQE+) to join a thriving Wiltshire law firm in a market town. You will handle landlord and tenant, leasehold and freehold matters, plus property finance and developments, with room to advance as you build a robust caseload.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in Commercial Property matters, including L&T, Leasehold/Freehold, Property Finance, Land Acquisition and Developments.
• Residential experience would be valued here.
• You will manage your own caseload from instruction to conclusion and assist in marketing the department and firm.
• You will be encouraged to take a leading role in this branch with autonomy and strong support from other offices.

The role will require you to conduct and manage your own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion and to assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. You will be dealing with all types of non-contentious real estate transactions and you will be backed by a very supportive team.
