Job summary

A respected recruitment firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their team at Associate or Senior Associate level. The role involves advising on various commercial property matters, including development transactions and tenant matters, with opportunities for direct client contact. Qualifications

Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (Associate/Senior Associate)

A respected and well‑established Manchester-based Legal team is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join at Associate or Senior Associate level.

The team is Legal 500 ranked and known for delivering high‑quality, commercially focused advice to a broad and sophisticated client base, while maintaining a supportive and personable culture.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Development and investment transactions
• Portfolio and asset management work
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Sector‑specific and strategic property projects

Clients include national and regional developers, real estate investors, infrastructure and telecoms providers, and leisure and retail operators.

Solicitors are given a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, with direct client contact from an early stage, supported by experienced commercial real‑estate Partners.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years’ PQE
• Strong experience in mainstream commercial real estate work
