This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join this niche firm based in the heart of London’s West End.

The firm's niche areas alongside real estate are Development, Investment, Corporate JV’s, and Property Finance.

The practice has an influx of new instructions and is looking to expand at the senior level. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership.

The Role

Commercial Property is at the forefront of all their work, and this role will involve working alongside a highly experienced Partner.

You will deal with a broad range of quality matters, including advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales, and commercial lease work.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE)
