About the Job

Commercial Property solicitor - 1-3 PQE - Up to £60,000 salary

This is a superb opportunity to join a Legal 500 Regional law firm in Central Leeds, the team advise mainly clients within the retail sector on multi-million-pound transactions.

The successful applicant with be actively involved in supporting the junior members of the team, business development and running a full caseload of commercial property matters.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience across a broad range of commercial property transactions including: acquisitions & disposals, lease management, corporate support, and wider general commercial property matters. The firm acts for a broad range of major retail clients whilst having niche specialisms in energy and strategic land.

The firm offer a real route to progression with the majority of their Partnership being internally promoted solicitors. They promote a balanced culture of excellent quality work whilst allowing solicitors, Partners and support staff to maintain a healthy work to life balance.

The Candidate

• A Commercial property Solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in a broad range of commercial property matters
• Ideally experience in acting for major retail clients across the UK
• Can run a full caseload of commercial property matters whilst supporting Partners
• Excellent organisation, time-management and IT skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
