Location: Kidderminster area, Worcestershire
Hybrid Working (4 Days Office-Based)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm | Full-time, Permanent (Flexible hours)
Salary: £50,000.00 per year based on experience and PQE

As aCommercial Property Solicitor, you will be pivotal in managing a varied and stimulating caseload, directly contributing to the firm's continued success. This fee-earning role offers the chance to handle cases of varying complexity, working both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert legal advice and assistance to a broad spectrum of existing clients, encompassing property developers, investors, corporate entities with extensive portfolios, and rural landowners.
Sales and purchases of commercial freehold and leasehold premises.
Conducting title reviews, with a particular focus on utility easements.
Handling a range of Landlord & Tenant matters.
Advising on property acquisitions and sales for development, land promotion, options, and conditional contracts.
Acting for lenders in property finance transactions.
Delivering essential corporate support for various property and land-based projects.
Upholding the highest standards of client service, matter conduct, file management, administration, and accurate time recording.
While there is no requirement to bring a client following, the firm actively supports and encourages the development of your own client base should you wish to pursue this.

Proactive and commercially astute solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in commercial property.
Demonstrable proficiency in managing a diverse commercial property caseload, supported by excellent technical legal skills.
Exceptional communication abilities, capable of building strong rapport with clients and providing clear, concise advice.
Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in file management and due diligence.
The capacity to be a collaborative team player whilst also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously when required.
A strong drive to deliver exceptional client service and contribute meaningfully to a growing firm.
Familiar with using case management systems such as LEAP or other similar systems is beneficial, not essential.
