Spirehouse Recruitment is partnering with a well-established law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Kettering or Corby. The role offers genuine partnership prospects for the right candidate and involves managing a varied caseload while developing new client relationships.

The successful solicitor will provide commercially focused advice, work closely with an existing client base, and support the team. Hybrid working with some client development is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5–10 years' PQE in commercial property
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Proven billing track record
• Confident dealing directly with clients and building strong relationships

• Ambitious and interested in progressing towards partnership

Spirehouse is working with a well-established law firm with over 200 years of history to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor for their team, based in either Kettering or Corby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, with genuine partnership prospects for the right person.

The Role

The Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and transactions, working closely with an established client base as well as developing new relationships.

The role will include:

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload
• Taking responsibility for your own clients and building strong, long-term relationships
• Providing commercially focused advice and understanding clients' wider needs
• Supporting Partners and the wider team where required
• Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
• Networking and business development to help grow your own client base
• Having the opportunity to develop towards partnership
