Job summary

Spirehouse Recruitment is partnering with a well-established law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Kettering or Corby. The role offers genuine partnership prospects for the right candidate and involves managing a varied caseload while developing new client relationships.

The successful solicitor will provide commercially focused advice, work closely with an existing client base, and support the team. Hybrid working with some client development is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5–10 years' PQE in commercial property
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Proven billing track record
• Confident dealing directly with clients and building strong relationships
• Commercially minded, personable and approachable
• Interested in networking and business development
• Ambitious and interested in progressing towards partnership

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload
• Take responsibility for your own clients and build long-term relationships
• Provide commercially focused advice and understand clients' wider needs
• Support Partners and the wider team as required
• Develop existing client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Network and pursue business development to grow your client base
