Douglas Scott Ltd in West Yorkshire is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing Commercial Property team. This role offers a varied, high-quality caseload and a supportive firm environment, with hybrid working and progression opportunities.

You will handle acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, agricultural matters and corporate support work for SMEs, investors, developers and national businesses.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters.
• Commercially minded with excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Desire to contribute to the development and growth of the team.

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in West Yorkshire who are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to take the next step in their career and handle a varied, high-quality caseload.

You will manage a high quality and varied case load including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Complex landlord & tenant matters
• Development projects
• Agricultural matters
• Corporate support work

You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, from SMEs and investors to developers and national businesses, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice.

To be considered for the role:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property (more junior or senior applicants also considered)
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters
• Commercially minded with excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Desire to contribute to the development and growth of the team

On offer is a competitive salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience, flexible working arrangements (hybrid available), full and part time hours will be considered and also clear progression opportunities within a supportive environment.
