This award-winning and highly successful regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
The Firm
Now one of the largest in East Anglia, with offices across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, they have a rich heritage dating back many decades. Despite exceeding 150 members, you will find a real close-knit and collaborative working environment throughout all departments.
The practice deals with a wide variety of clients, ranging from SMEs, retail, investor, and household names.
Everyone has a voice in the firm, and it is this approach that has given them an excellent staff retention rate. It is common to find many staff members with over 10 years of service.

The Role
The role will see you joining an already strong and established team of lawyers in Ely, and their existing high-quality client base.
You will deal with a broad range of work which will include, but not be limited to; sales and purchases, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, development, and investment work.
You will have autonomy from day one, with the support of the wider partnership team on hand as you contribute to the development of the department and drive the business forward.
