Commercial Property Solicitor - 2+ PQE - Gloucester - Hybrid - Up to £60,000 DOE

TSR Legal has recently been instructed by a well-established Gloucestershire law firm looking to strengthen its Commercial Property offering with the appointment of a Solicitor with circa 2+ years' PQE.

The firm has a strong presence across the region and is continuing to invest in its commercial services. Commercial Property is a key growth area, offering the successful solicitor exposure to a broad mix of acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant work, development matters and general property advisory work.

This would suit someone looking for greater autonomy and direct client exposure within a supportive regional practice, with the opportunity to develop their own relationships and become increasingly involved in the growth of the department.
