Job summary

Huntingdon law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing property team. You will advise clients across a varied caseload of commercial property matters for a diverse client base, taking ownership of your work and delivering commercial, practical advice.

You'll manage matters from instruction through completion, draft and negotiate leases and other property documents, and collaborate with clients, agents and lenders to progress transactions while building long-term

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you'll advise clients across a varied caseload of commercial property matters, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals and development work.
• Advising commercial clients on property-related matters and providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice.

About You

We're looking for a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with solid experience handling a varied commercial property caseload.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in commercial property law, gained within a reputable private practice or similar environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across areas such as acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and commercial leases.
• The ability to manage your own matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• A commercially focused approach and the confidence to provide practical advice to clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team.
