Huntingdon law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing property team. You will advise clients across a varied caseload of commercial property matters for a diverse client base, taking ownership of your work and delivering commercial, practical advice.

You'll manage matters from instruction through completion, draft and negotiate leases and other property documents, and collaborate with clients, agents and lenders to progress transactions while building long-term

Responsibilities

• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals and development work.
• Advising commercial clients on property-related matters and providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
• Managing your own caseload effectively, ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, agreements and other property documentation.
• Working closely with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers to progress transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to support business development and contribute to the growth of the department.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
