Job Description:

We are working with a top legal 200 firm who’s office is based close to Duxford and are looking to recruit for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team.

They’re ideally looking for someone with 1-2 years PQE however they would consider someone with more experience due to the growth of the department.

The team cover a wide variety of matters including:

• Acquisition and disposal of land (including agricultural, strategic and development land) and property
• Drafting contracts
• Planning advice
• Preparing leases and sub leases
• Lease extensions and renewals
• Licences
• Landlord and tenant issues
• Refinancing matters

The successful candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
• Minimum of 1 year+ PQE in Commercial Property
• Ambitious
• Hardworking
