VanRath is representing a well-established Belfast law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy Property team. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to take ownership of matters, with hybrid working in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work across a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development and investment.
• Take ownership of matters and client relationships with support from senior solicitors and partners.
• Draft, review and negotiate property documentation and conduct due diligence.
• Collaborate with corporate, construction and other specialist teams as needed.

Commercial Property Solicitor | Belfast | Hybrid Working

We're working with a well-established Belfast law firm that is looking to add an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to its highly regarded Property team.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a busy and well-resourced commercial property practice, with exposure to quality work and a broad range of clients. You'll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, take ownership of your own matters and work closely with experienced property lawyers.

The Role

You'll work across a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters and commercial leases
• Property development and investment work
• Property finance and related security
• Acting for both landlords and tenants
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentation
• Property due diligence
• Advising clients on general commercial property matters
• Working alongside corporate, construction and other specialist teams where required

You'll have the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships, with support from experienced solicitors and partners.
