SE-Solicitors in Banbury is seeking a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join our legal team. You’ll work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for investors, developers, occupiers, lenders, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• 1–5 years’ PQE in commercial property / real estate work.
• Experience gained within a recognised law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Commercially pragmatic approach to legal advice.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, agreements for lease, and ancillary documentation.
• Managing landlord and tenant matters for both occupiers and investors.
• Supporting development and investment transactions.
• Conducting title investigations and due diligence exercises.
• Assisting with property finance transactions alongside banking teams.
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and counsel.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
