An established industry player is seeking a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to join their Edinburgh team. Location: Edinburgh - this role is predominantly office based however, depending on experience, there may be the option to work from home on a limited basis.
Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (35 hours per week)
Reporting to: Commercial Property Partner

We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to join the Edinburgh team to provide a quality service to clients principally in the sale and purchase of commercial property, commercial leasing, site acquisitions, development work, security transactions and general property advice. Appropriate training and supervision will be provided and some of the main duties would include:

The successful candidate is likely to have had exposure to commercial property work during their traineeship and be interested in pursuing this area of law. In addition to technical competencies, the candidate will have the ability to communicate in a confident, clear and relaxed way and will be able to work well as part of a busy team.
