Coodes LLP is seeking an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to join our highly regarded Commercial Property team in the South West. This role offers a clear pathway to Partnership and involves acting for developers, investors, landowners, commercial landlords and tenants, and agricultural businesses.

What you will do

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Commercial leases and landlord/tenant work
• Corporate support on transactional matters
• Agricultural and rural land issues
• Strategic property advice for long‑standing, loyal clients

Experience and Qualifications needed

• Minimum 5 years PQE in Commercial Property, or 7 years fee‑earning
• Experience managing your own desk and client relationships
• Strong communication and commercial awareness

Location

We are open to discussion regarding which of our eight locations best suits you. In addition to our offices, the firm aims to enable as many staff as possible to incorporate remote work into their working week if they wish.

Hours

This is a full‑time position, 35 hours a week Monday to Friday. Flexibility and alternative working arrangements can be discussed.
