Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Commercial Property Senior Associate for our London office, requiring a strong technical background, commercial awareness, and a minimum of 10 years PQE.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing Commercial Property team that is friendly, energetic, and committed to excellence. Our reputation has grown as we act for regional house builders in site acquisition, RSL sales, joint ventures, infrastructure agreements, and section 106 obligations. We are also attracting more property investment and estate management work. The team collaborates closely with other commercial teams on business sales and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have a general commercial property background with extensive real estate development experience. They should be willing to support and develop junior staff, possess strong commercial awareness, good client care skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with document and case management systems. Proven experience in developing client relationships, business development, and marketing is essential.
