Job description

Job title: Commercial Property Senior Associate, Guildford

Salary: £60,000-£75,000

PQE Level: 7+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

You will be joining a long standing firm in a key position, a key hire in the commercial property team as a senior associate. The team are hardworking, committed and require someone at that senior level to help with a national client base of developers and SMEs.

Working with the Real Estate team, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting with clients and expand on relationships that the firm has.
• Utilising your technical skill set, applying it to a range of property transactions
• Supervising and training junior Solicitors and Paralegals.
• Keep up to date regarding new developments in the law.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Be a senior commercial property lawyer with knowledge of the South East market
• Have an extensive background in providing a great service for clients
• Excellent active listening skills, communication and client care skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
