Qualifications

• Previous commercial property management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good financial and budgeting awareness.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence (travel to sites is required).
• RICS qualification or working towards it would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of a commercial property portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, clients and contractors.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Manage service charge budgets, reconciliations and expenditure.
• Carry out regular site inspections and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Oversee vacant units, lease obligations and tenant applications.
• Work with finance teams on rent collection, invoicing and debtor management.
• Produce regular reports on occupancy, budgets and property performance.
