An experienced Commercial Property Manager is required to help manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties in the Brighton area. The role would suit an organised property professional with strong commercial property management experience and excellent landlord and tenant relationship skills.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers.

Candidates with a strong block management background who also have some relevant commercial property experience will also be considered, provided they have the technical knowledge and confidence to manage commercial assets effectively.
