Job summary

CRA Consulting, CRA Legal are recruiting a Commercial Property Lawyer in Nottingham. The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters for businesses, developers and individuals within a supportive, established team.

You will work closely with the Head of Department and may assist with day-to-day supervision of junior staff. Strong technical knowledge and client-focused service are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience across landlord & tenant work, acquisitions and disposals
• Strong technical knowledge in commercial property transactions
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Deal with a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, lease renewals, assignments, transfers and landlord & tenant matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate leases, licences, contracts and other commercial property documentation.
• Support the Head of Department and mentor junior staff where required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and high service levels.
