Service Care Legal are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a local authority on a contract basis in South London. The successful candidate will manage a varied and complex caseload of local authority commercial property matters, advising across the full range of property transactions, excluding routine residential work. Office attendance is required: 1 day per week.

Contract length is 3 months with potential extension. Rates vary: £55ph umbrella / £48.18ph PAYE inc.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or experienced Legal Executive.
• Demonstrable experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Previous local authority experience is essential.

• Handling complex land title matters and associated legal issues.

Rate: £55ph umbrella / £48.18ph PAYE inc. / £42.99ph PAYE exc. holiday pay
